93 bat Terms and Conditions
This document sets out all the conditions for using the 93 bat platform. Read and understand it fully before opening an account — by completing registration, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.
General Provisions
93 bat is an online gaming and betting platform providing entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between each individual using the platform ("User") and 93 bat.
These terms apply solely to visiting the website https://93bat.cam via an internet browser, using the Android or iOS app, and accessing services from any device. The 93 bat mobile app — Android and iOS — is available through official channels.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering on the platform, logging in, or using any service, the user is considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms. If a user disagrees with any part of these terms, they are required to refrain from using the platform.
1.2 Scope of Application
These terms apply to individual users. Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is not permitted. Each individual may operate only one account.
Account Registration
To open an account on 93 bat, the user must provide accurate and complete information. Details required during registration include full name, mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method.
2.1 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a direct violation of 93 bat's terms and may result in permanent account closure.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Only one account may be operated per individual, household, or device. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, 93 bat has the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.
2.3 Password Security
Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. 93 bat will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access by a third party, unless it is proven that the security breach was caused by a fault in 93 bat's own systems.
Age Verification and Eligibility
Providing a date of birth at registration is mandatory. 93 bat may at any time request a national identity card or other government-issued identity document for age verification. Some or all account activities may be restricted until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals
93 bat currently handles deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be processed and the funds will automatically be returned to the sender's account.
4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though bank transfers may take longer depending on banking hours.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification
Before processing a withdrawal, 93 bat will confirm that the user has met all applicable wagering requirements. If bonus funds have been used, withdrawal is not permitted until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been fulfilled.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
93 bat is committed to preventing money laundering. Account activity may be temporarily suspended while any suspicious transaction is under review. The user must cooperate by providing relevant information.
Bonuses and Promotions
93 bat offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms that must be strictly followed. Accepting a bonus means the user agrees to the associated terms.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before a withdrawal can be made.
5.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses
Under the 93 bat weekly deposit promotion, a 20% deposit bonus (up to ৳5,000) is available any day of the week with a minimum deposit of ৳200, with a 15x wagering requirement. The Friday special reward offers a 25% bonus (up to ৳6,000) every Friday, with a 10x wagering requirement.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, registering with false information, or using any other dishonest method will result in the closure of the accounts concerned and the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Each bonus offer has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically cancelled. For answers to common questions about bonuses, visit our FAQ page.
Betting Rules
Specific rules apply to placing bets across all 93 bat categories — sports betting, casino games, fishing games, and live casino.
6.1 Valid Bets
A bet is considered valid only when the system successfully confirms it and issues a bet ID. If confirmation is not received due to a network issue, the user must check their account again.
6.2 Bet Cancellation
If a match or event is cancelled or does not conclude under the specified conditions, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. However, if it is proven that the outcome of an event was manipulated, 93 bat reserves the right to declare that bet void.
6.3 Technical Errors
If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error in the system, 93 bat reserves the right to cancel or correct bets placed on the basis of that error. Any abnormal profits arising from a technical error will be reversed.
Prohibited Activities
- Operating an account using another person's identity or a third party's information
- Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts
- Colluding with any party to predetermine the outcome of a game
- Using any device or method that influences the normal outcome of a game
- Using an account for money laundering or illegal financing
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts
- Submitting false withdrawal claims or chargebacks
Account Suspension and Closure
93 bat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity on the account
- Evidence of false information provided during age verification
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
- By court order or direction from a relevant authority
The valid balance (excluding bonuses) of a permanently closed account is generally returned to the user's registered payment method, though it may be held while an investigation is ongoing.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
A user may also request account closure via live chat or email. All withdrawal conditions must be met before the account is closed.
Personal Information and Privacy

9.1 Data Security
Users' personal and financial information is kept secure using SSL encryption and modern security technology. 93 bat never sells or shares users' information with third parties, except where required by law.
9.2 Cookies and Tracking
93 bat uses cookies to improve platform functionality and personalise the user experience. Continued use of the platform is considered consent to the cookies policy.
Limitation of Liability
93 bat accepts no liability for the following:
- Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence
- Loss during a bet or game due to an internet connection failure
- Faults in third-party software or hardware
- Service interruption due to unforeseen government directives
- Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events
In the event of any technical issue, the user must contact 93 bat customer support without delay. Claims may not be accepted later if the issue was not reported at the time.
Changes to Terms
93 bat reserves the right to change, amend, or update any part of these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on the website.
For significant changes, 93 bat will attempt to notify users via their registered mobile number or through a platform notification. However, it is the user's responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after a change is considered acceptance of the new terms.
